As a EU customer, you are ensured the right to fair treatment, proper information and redress if something should be wrong with our product. This is in agreement with the EU rules stating that any item sold in the EU, whether online or in a shop, must conform to how it is advertised and must work properly. If this should not be the case with our product, your minimum right as a customer is free repair or replacement. If, for some reason, this cannot be done, you are entitled to a refund or price reduction. Your rights are valid for a minimum of two years from the date of purchase or delivery. For the first six months, the responsibility of proving that the product was not defective when it was bought falls on us. Thereafter, you are responsible for proving that the defect existed at the time of purchase. Throughout the EU, you have as a customer 14 days to reconsider and withdraw from a purchase. Meanwhile you may check, but not use, the product.
